Not really; FDR was wholeheartedly and decidedly a Democrat by party affiliation. If you ignore that, though, then yes--some of his programs were more "Democrat" in nature, like WPA, CCC, Social Security, etc. and some were more "Republican" such as the massive defense spending increases and the influx of money he and the Federal Reserve System helped put into the hands of big business. I mean, FDR was on the dime for a good reason, his involvement with the march of dimes, there no reason to punish his memory because of a stupid docudrama, i'm sure reagan will get honored some other way but the dime is fine as is.
