I doubt that he really meant it though. If it were up to me, if no further evidence was found that he really was planning to do that, he should pay a fine, and maybe spent a couple of days in jail. So I think this is Slovene law at work, probably with a bit of pressure from Americans, especially since people were completely paranoid then and were checking (without a reason or a permit btw) emails of some people...
