I agree with both of you. That is what I was trying to say earlier, that I only use the term "atheist" in conversation as to my belief. It is not a title for me, just a discriptive word.
The term "freethinker", I always thought was a bit arrogant, therefore I dont use it in conversation much.
I would agree with Cerek about the non-bias of the article only to a point. It is really irrelevent, but when he compares the derogatory names used for athiests to christians, he does write "for the record" the names for Christians and says that they are more "plentifull" and more "scornfull". Like I said its irrelevent, but thats kinda the point I am making, it is irrelevent to the article and somewhat defensive.
Anyway, I do hope that this will evolve to a great discusion.
