I watched it. It was interesting, but in my mind not earth shattering or anything. I was much like the theology teacher at Notre Dame (Father Something or Another). Wouldn't surprise me if he were married, but I've yet to see proof. I didn't really buy the part about the child though. I thought that was reaching a bit. I do believe that Mary had a much larger roll in his following than is portreyed in the Bible. Don't forget that the official bible was agreed upon by the Catholic Church in Fourth Century. All the rest of the books that were considered but not included were ordered destroyed. I always wonder what was in them. Here is a LINK to the Gnostic Library and the Nag Hammadi Scrolls which were mentioned last night (though only briefly).
