So they feel they are badly trained. Do they mean general military terms or for the current situation. Sending soldiers to do police work doesn't work out. I mean surely Washington has heard about the Brittish troubles in Northern Ireland. Or?

Oh and of course Pentagon hasn't seen a decrease in reenlistment. They're still enlisted aren't they?
