It is of my opinion that foods from cattle taste better when the cattle haven't been on a hormone program. There are places in my area that only have pure organic foods for purchase.
While it does cost more, for me the taste difference is enough to pay extra. Personally I’m not too worried about what went into producing the food but how the food tastes overall.
