Similaritiess Bush and Hitler both instigated security laws that: 1. Discriminate against a particular society (Hitler against Jews, Bush against foreigners) 2. Allowed the state to spy on its citizens without their knowledge 3. Detained citizens without access to judicial process And of course: Hitler made the world both hate and fear his country. Bush made the world both hate and fear his country. No, they have committed a few similar actions, but not enough to call them the same (yet).
