And you should be willing to accept the consequences, also. He knew the consequences when he pulled that trigger. Even if he didn't, ignorance of the law is not an excuse. If he felt that strongly to take action, by God he's going to pay the consequences for that action too.
If I believed someone was massacreing (spl?) children (which I don't believe the doctor was, but that's another thread ), I would try to stop him any way I knew how, though I very much doubt I would be able to kill a married doctor. Anyways, I would also be prepared to face the consequences. Simple: you kill someone, you get punished in return. Tit-tat.
I like your idea, TL. One addition: once every month, these criminals are forced to shower in the same area as lifers.
