Now you might know I'm a rowing maniac, but I was kinda wondering if there's anyone besides me and Sigmar (didn't forget about you buddy!) who likes rowing as well!

The World Cup Rowing is now being held in Milan, Italy (has been to Luzern, Switzerland and München, Germany), and is broadcasted (at least here in Holland) on Eurosport, displaying really cool matches between the different teams. So far a few Dutch crews have done ok, but the heavy weight skiff (Dirk Lippits) has just failed this morning by finishing third in the semi-final where he should and could have been second. He *would* have gotten in the final with that place, but now he's directed to the loser's final!

Mens double sculls also had a Dutch crew, who were able to get to the final as well, but alas.. they failed as well, finishing fifth (!) where they should have finished either first or at least second. Bit of a bummer as you can see.

I'll try and post a few results of the matches in Milan.
