unfortunately, unless you install TOB or an experience point cap remover, your druid won't be able to earn enough xp to get to level 14.
The standard XP cap in SOA is 2,950,000. A multiclass character divides that between classes so your fighter/druid can earn a maximum of 1,475,000 for each class, just short of the 1,500,000 xp required for a level 14 druid.
