I called Miss Cleo and she sees a military tribunal in this man's future.

Seriously, I wonder if the judge would dismiss the case knowing it would lead to one of those secret hearings?

Don't people usually get thrown in jail and/or fined for contempt if they defying a judge's order, or does the national security claim pretty much rule this out?

Ashcroft in jail for contempt, I can dream can't I.
