Ahh well the # 1 and 2 lines make absolute sense.

As for #3, is it not possible for a company to hire say ...a well a swimsuit model and require a contract that says that you will not get pregnant during a particular phase of her employment? I know its not too common, but I have heard of it in a few instances here in the states.
