You're forgetting one thing - they can never leave. Freedom of movement is often overlooked when talking about prisons.

And I have to remind you...in the Navy aboard ship and on Subs...you cant leave either. usually for up to 3 to 6 months at a time but still you can be restricted quite a bit.[/QUOTE]That's nice, but you're not likely to be beaten or raped on an aircraft carrier.
Why don't you actually go spend a few days in a prison and then you can tell us about the blissful paradise it is.
