It depends on the size of the bomb as to how big the blast radius would be. A five mile blas radius would be a large one but as someone else said, the radiation goes much further. Its not the blast thats destructive, its the radiation. To destroy buildings isnt the goal. Kill the people that occupy them, thats the goal. Something else to think about is the alliances that these nations have. Who are the Pakis friends??? Who are the Indians friens with??? It could easily be more than 2 morons wiping eachother out.
