Some of the newer members may be missing the point.
It wasn't the blue board's functionality that we enjoyed seeing again - blue is just a color at the end of the day. Most of us were happy to upgrade to the new UBB (this one) because that old one was slow and prone to unpredictable crashes.
No, it was what the blue board represented for a lot of us - it was the start of the collective consciousness and culture of Ironworks as we know it. Kind of like the feeling you get when you buy your very first car - it may be a dodgy, unreliable piece of sh!t but it will always hold a special place in your heart because it was your first car.
This brown UBB is like our SECOND car - it's bigger, better, faster, and more enjoyable than the first one. But it's nice to see the first car because it brings back memories of prangs, burnouts, and nefarious activities inside it.
You know what the best thing for the post-blueboard members is? This brown UBB is like your FIRST car - you guys are lucky that you've got nice parents that bought you a nice, new car for your first. And years from now, when we upgrade to a white board when we have 20,000 members

you guys will look back on the "old brown board" with pride and nostalgia.
