If any of your work was copyrighted you could sue him. Send him to the clink, up the river. Is it possible that not giving you credit and/or royalties, classed as computer fraud or wire fraud?? Im just guessing here but there has to be a legal means of getting your stuff off his site.

Or you could go to his house and break his face for him but the drive might be unreasonble to make that a real possibility. Then again theres the possibility that theres an ocean between you.
