Ow there are so many good ones around...
My faves all come from the kind of weird end of the spectrum (I'm ugly and have long hair, if I'm going to *look* weird in a nightclub I might as well *act* weird as well...):
"Ok, you can stand next to me, as long as you don't talk about it.". (To clueless girl)
"OK, so i'm on a University stunt run and one of the things on my list is a... err... weird girl..."
"Whats a nasty girl like you doing in a nice place like this?"
And one for the ladies to try (or not) that I have heard of but never heard actually used:
"I'm easy, but you look hard.".
