thought it does exist, chances of it ever being used again are quite slim, just look at all the folks who signed up after 9/11 @_@

I think that if we ever have another war it will be 100% voulentary like the good ol' Spanish American war lol... though i doubt George bush would be a good modern version of Teddy Roosevelt... ah he's not gonna last another 3 years anyway... Or maybe he will 0.o ??
