i.e. pill and condom isn't one hundred percent safe, but I would say the risk is neglicible. I mean, if you go by risks like those, you can't drive a car, life in a house, you can't do anything for fear of risks.
Oh, and I don't know what you're trying to allude to in your post, but most sexual activities can be performed with protection against STDs.
