The statues arms are for a later quest. Much later. Chapter 6.
The 3 pieces of the circle should have joined to make one item, which is the key to the cavern. If they didnt you can CLUA(go to
www.tgeweb.com/ironworks and find the SoA cheat section if you dont know how to use CLUA) the key with the code: KEY23.
Also, I would recommend you get the Wardstone from the child prophetess. Very useful.
