My dad was friends with the weight lifting coach at my high school in hawaii and we were able to have that whole weight room to ourselves after hours. The iron helped with depression and self esteem and I feel the need to leave one last message to it [img]smile.gif[/img] ......I miss you iron and theres something I have to tell you...We were apart for so long and I have my needs....his name is cardio.
