Sigh... Headhunter.. that's kind of sad!
I have had boyfriends leave me for others too, but I can't imagine not having my current one in my life or my friends and family. Sometimes people let us down, that's true, but love and happiness aren't necessarily easy or cheap.. sometimes we finally achieve them after the heartbreak or pain is fought through and companionship, friendship, love, trust.. well they are all pretty nifty things to have and experience!
