1: No I dont need new software of any kind i can resize things to any proportion
2: I didn't make Taimat's new Sig, It was his own fault for using that image, it wasn't one of mine, it was his own, hence I dont care if he got banned from using sigs that just means i don't have to host his properly sized yugi-oh sig anymore... weee... 23 more Kb for me! lol

Start with the eyes, then make the face, only use single swift streaks with the hand, and make shure to jet everything out, move with your feelings, not with proportions, you can worry about those things later, its not like you're going to be drawing animation when you first start off, you need to develop your own style of eye too, there are many kinds...
Here are some examples Now with the eye, you normally want to work the outside first then work your way onto the inside of the pupil, be sure to make it very reflective if the character is female...unless they have no soul of course...the eye is like a window into the beying of your character...
Mouthes The mouth is usually small, like a thin line, they're pretty easy to draw... if open, be sure to throw in as many details as you see fit, but don't complicate things, teeth could be shown as a single bar instead of a group of seperate ones... remember that...
The Noseis simple too, two lines placed at an angle, only bizare people like to increase the effort on their characters nose.... its not notmaly something you want to stand out the most, though it is a medium to seperate the mouth and eyes, in some cases, the nose doesnt even have to be drawn at ALL...
Framing your face First you want to get the hair on and then your cheeks and chin, remember, the thiner the chin is the more heroic your character will seem (the complete oposite of the western idea of a heroic chin actually)
Hair and eyes what can I say here? You drew the eyes so if you draw long hair over the eyes the eyes just show right through it, some artists prefer to start withi the hair so they can avoid this complication and achieve more realism, its all up to you really, though here is an
extreme example of what you could do with the eyes and hair @_@
You probably know about these but just in case you don't ive listed the major expressions and facial symbols for you...
oh and as far as
Bodies are concerned, thats something you'll have to make yourself... Did that help?
