I've been wondering for a while but I havent really ever gotten around to asking about it.....

Does anyone know (Im hoping Z will at least

) how the names in the list are arranged..... and how recent is 'recent' is it in the last 15mins like most boards or is it less or is it actually who is ONLINE at that moment?
