Mel has pretty much stated the points as I see them. People of either gender can have good or bad qualities. In fact any single person will have good and bad qualities! To try and cover the concept of 'better' with blanket statements defies the individual differences we all have.
I know men who are total jackasses and social catastrophes but I've also seen women who can be mean-spirited and vicious. I count myself blessed to know alot of men AND women who are thoughtful and caring souls. Some are quite mellow, others are vocal and outgoing. But as they say, variety is the spice of life!
I wouldn't seriously choose one gender as 'better' than the other. I think that's a personal and individual call on a one by one basis.
Besides, Avy looks so cute and cuddly in pink!
