Whether you like it or not, the vast majority of Americans liked - and probably like even more now - Clinton's politics, even if they disapproved of his sexual habits.

He was and continues to be a very popular and well-liked man, a fact which irritates the Republicans to no end - they bashed the poor man like they bashed FDR and Eleanor Roosevelt 50 years ago.

I would've loved to have met Clinton, because, no matter what you think of him, he is an extremely intelligent man.

For every negative thing someone dredges up about Clinton (I thought his presidency was over?), I could easily go back and find ten scandals, mishaps, or what-have-you that took place during the Bush and Reagan years. Let's just quit this pissing contest and agree that meeting a popular former president is quite an experience.
