My policy on cheating is: I win the game first, then cheat. However, PoR is so unbalanced, it is almost impossible to win, if not impossible. I found a link to a pre-game (roster only), character editor. I nudged my characters scores up a touch, and made them all second level. For those who find PoR just ridicusly unbalanced and impossible, here is the link:
