I tried to solve this case while lying in bed last night, and I think I have come to a conclusion. I remembered that when I looked at your location SomeGuy, I saw that you are living "Somewhere deep inside the bowels of an elevator shaft".
Well no wonder you're getting haunted. Those elevator shafts are just magnets for paranormal activity. Why do think elevators get stuck with people in them at the most inopportune times.
Move out! That's my suggestion.
