I think I know what you are trying to say. Do you mind explaining what you were trying to say in other words though just to make sure. You want action to be taken before any harm comes to our children, you are suggesting that action should be taken now. i think you should concentrate on the point of disussion if you are going to BOTHER writing ANYTHING, consentrate less on spelling and grammer (if you had a SERIOUS problem in translation, then you're the one with the speech problem.) and think more about the point being raised.
