How do you exactly create those "false multiplayer games" where you have control of an entirely selfmade party.

I have pregenerated six characters, what now?

BTW the idea with this is that I want to play a party entirely made up of the "short" races. So this party is made up of two halflings, two dwarwes and two gnomes:
