Who knows,maybe the intended attacks would not be a physical assualt.It would seem all to easy to for a well backed group to get thier hands on large amounts of small denomanations bills and put anthrax or something simular on them then just deposit them in U.S. banks to be circulated.Talk about a pyrimid effect.
