If what Rikard said doesn't work you could try making a third user called Fast Hands and set it up exactly the way you'd like it.

I've had XP for a couple of weeks and still havn't got the user thing fully sussed yet, first thing I did though was remove guest as a user and have everyone that uses the computer regularly have their own login; however since my girlfriend and I are the only two using this 'puter, it's pretty simple to do. If you have 12 people using your 'puter this might be a hassle
