On a side note, installing ToB will improve the AI of the Dragons. If you summon anything near them, they will turn hostile.
ADD] I expect Monk players to start coming in and mention Quivering Palm.
ADD]] My solo Cavalier took 2 rounds( 12 seconds) to kill Firkragg, but you need ToB to do this.
