There actually is another girdle in BG1, but it's not enchanted, just a normal girdle. It's in a bag or something in the backyard of the Mayor's house in Beregost.

The Girdle of Hill Giant Strength (or whatever) is a BG2 item, not BG1. You can't even get it with the CLUA Console, but you might be able to hack it in with Gatekeeper or something.....I wouldn't know.
