Yep, it was cool to correspond in hobbit. Recently I dled dwarven runes just for a goof (well, they're handy for story writing, too, as background info) and was telling the kids how I used to actually use a 'made-up' language in rl. They all thought that was just too weird and mom had obviously lost her last marble.
