You can't Dual-class or Multi-class ANY of the classes added in BG2: Monk, Barbarian or Sorcerer. Paladins and Bards also cannot be combined with anything (even though a Cleric/Bard would be so sweet], Rangers can only be combined with Clerics, and Druids can only be combined with Fighters.
