You wont really know till you're at the end of your life will you? Its like looking at the small scale while trying to comment on the big picture.
What exactly do you mean by living to the fullest anyway? If you mean living solely to be happy, or living that you're happy, then I think many of us would have lived to the fullest.
If you mean going out every day to Orchard Road with gel in your hair as think as clay and meaningless jaunts with people that dont really know you very well..
I dont know but that doesnt really sound like living to the fullest.
