Actually, it would be slightly moronic for a lawyer to even TRY to hold me responsible. If they know ANYTHING, they know the second the USER clicks 'I agree' to the TOS, it protects me fully, and would not even waste their time. Lawyers are out to WIN cases remember. [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img]
Believe me, I've read many legal books. Covering everything from what what we're talking about here to copyright/trademark violations.

I've even had to have my Lawyer send a notice to an ISP because some idiot stole my website design, and he sent him a 'cease and desist' order. Needless to say, his site was gone within days. That's as far as I've gone, and hope it never goes farther.. I protect what I do VERY seriously.

On PM's: I personally think they are a waste of time. Since I get it emailed to me as well, why not just email me? It's MUCH easier, and for me, It's easier to check 1 area for questions, so I rarely check PM's.
