Just use standard anti-Dragon tactics. Lower its magic resistance either by using the Priest spell, Magic Resistance, or the Mage spell, Lower Resistance. Once you have lowered its magic resistance, cast Insect Plague, Greater Malison and Doom to lower its saving throws and disrupt its spellcasting. Good attack spells include Feeblemind, Polymorph Other, Magic Missile, Flame Arrow, Melf's Acid Arrow, etc... ...
That settles the spellcasters.
For your tanks, prepare them beforehand and summon several summons to help you, like Aerial Servants, Fire Elementals and Mountain Bears. The summons should engage the Dragon's front, while your tanks hammer at the Dragon's back. This is to counter the Dragon's Wing Buffet. Cast beneficial spells on your tanks beforehand, like Resist Fear, Protection from Evil 10' Radius, Chaotic Commands, Chant, Defensive Harmony, Bless, Draw Upon Holy Might, Armour of Faith, etc... and potions as well.
