It's actually a few places that's not flagged on the map. It's about halfway along the western edge.
To get to it, go back towards the Snirvfeblin (sp?) village, but before you cross the bridge, turn left. Move your cursor over the left edge of the screen and you should see the "Exit area" icon"...that leads to the Kuo-Toa tunnels.
