1) If you`ve got the blood; and had the quest to get it, take it to Matron Mother Ardulance. Phaere will want to see you after you do this. Go to the Female Fighter`s Society, and see her to get your next quest, and ultimately the eggs.
EDIT: Unless you just rescued Phaere ?? If that`s what you mean, go to the entrance to Ust`Natha, and talk to Phaere... she is on a podeum on the first platform [img]smile.gif[/img]

2) In the Kuo-Tua city, there is a room with a demogoragan statue. Send some creatures up to it to summon some demon knights. One of them drops the girdle.

3) Yes- the equaliser hilt (or is it the blade ??) comes to mind.
