If you're fast enough, you can pause the game before the dialogue is initiated. Then have your entire party arm missile weapons (or have mages cast magic missile) at Pan'ia. As she's already targeted, when the dialogue is finished, your party will "let fly." I've been able to take her out twice now without her being able to summon any spiders.
However, if that fails, be prepared with fireballs or oil of burning to take them out.
