I appreciate that you plan to do the right thing and make appropriate acknowledgement of the author of the original thread here, but I intend to re-issue the old thread Lennon. I want to reiterate here that there were many more who helped with that original and who's material you have appropriated for this thread.

I will also note for everyone else that the original thread was NOT locked and even if it WERE it would still be available for viewing. I have to go do jury duty now or I'd look up the url. If anyone has it handy please pm it to me. Thanks!
