Can I respectfully ask why you feel it is necessary to do in-depth continual study? I know that when my parents run into pagans from the US on the internet, they always talk about studying, doing courses, getting diplomas, all that. It isn't done that way in England at all - seems to me to be wringing all the spirituality and enjoyment out of it to treat your beliefs like a math degree....
