You can only get the jecht shot on the S.S. Winno. So now you'll have to wait until you get the airship. (when you actually tell it where to go) 23:31? That's about right I think. I'm just a little bit ahead of you, but i've played for 32.
If you want jecht shot just start over, or don't play *any* blitzball games until you get it. It's just *that* good.
