There is a machine in the room where you rescued the slaves. Use it to gather as many control circlets as you can. You need them.

There are some doors that say you either need a superior mind or godly STR to open it. Use the control circlets to dominate a Mind Flayer( not Ulthillids!) and lead it to the door.

There are two such doors.

There is a room that continously spawns Mind Flayers. It is filled with red vats.

Alternatively, as a last resort. You can transform into Slayer form to force the door open. Not advisable for good-aligned parties.

Slay the Master Brian to reopen the main entrance.
