1)Kangaxx is in a house with a trapped door in the docks district near Maevars guild hall.
2)These are the parts to kangaxx take them to the house in the docks district mentioned before. The head is in there.
3)There is a number of tactics the easiest would be to buy the shield of balduran from deidre in the adventurers mart this reflects beholder rays. Note you can only buy this if you have TOB or the bonuse merchants installed.
