You don't have to (and I think can't, never heard of anyone who could) open this door just walk around it (over the bridge in the room at the right, just north of the door you can't open).
You need the other items, except for the cell key and the ritual scrolls (if you got your piece of the symbol of Amaunator by answering the statue's riddles) later in the quest.
