FelixJaegar if your protected from evil a gated demon wont't attack you but will only attack your enemies. This spell is considered a last resort sort of spell though.
Just for the record here's the location of a few more wands of cloudkill:
1)On body of lich in gate district in crooked crane-an easy one to get just cast a protection from undead scroll on a fighter and send them in to kill the lich.
2)In the lair of Mekrath in the temple district sewers.
