Definately Time Stop. I don't solo but personally I have only used chain contingency once the entire time i've played and I've done quest in SOA and TOB including Watcher's Keep. You used Time Stop a LOT more. BTW, i wouldn't choose Improved Alacrity first. I would choose something like Dragon's Breath or Comet. Awesome spells.
